I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms, with the pull-out couch were updated and very clean, making for a comfortable experience. The service, unfortunately, was not willing to work with me and did not even respond to my request, but the housekeeping was efficient. The location couldn't be better, close to everything you name it, near downtown Tempe, walking distance to just about everything there is to do in Tempe, and to everything you might want to do around ASU. The facilities met my needs during my stay.
